| Madeleine Blake's practice focuses on representing institutions and individuals in SEC investigations and litigation. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Ms. Blake was an enforcement attorney and manager with the SEC in its Boston District Office. From 2001 to 2003, she was Associate District Administrator for the Boston Office, with responsibility for all enforcement matters handled by the office as well as for overseeing regulatory inspections of broker-dealers, investment advisers and investment companies. During her tenure at the SEC, Ms. Blake handled a wide range of enforcement cases, including financial fraud and issuer reporting cases; investment adviser and investment company cases; insider trading cases and broker-dealer cases. She is experienced with all facets of the SEC enforcement process, from initial contact to resolution. |
