The GT Difference

At GT, we offer a supportive, stimulating environment that encourages the qualities we value most: collaboration, professionalism, diversity and trust. We believe in promoting both professional and personal growth, along with pride of ownership – for every GT employee. Our entrepreneurial culture enables us to provide clients with the high quality service for which we are known.

Development

When we find great people, we want to keep them. That’s why we seek out motivated learners who will challenge themselves and each other to be the best they can be. Then we provide the resources, interesting and challenging work, and collaborative environment they need to develop outstanding, long-term careers at GT.

A critical element in those resources is training. The Hoffman Professionalism Center, named after Larry Hoffman, one of the founding partners and the chairman since 1997, is central to professional development of GT lawyers, paralegals and business staff. The Center offers live, interactive and multimedia programs on both broad and niche based substantive skills.

Hiring

At GT, we are always looking for professionals who are entrepreneurial by nature and ready to thrive in our performance-orientated organization.
