Petroleum Marketing Attorneys' Meeting

Greenberg Traurig is a sponsor of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation's Petroleum Marketing Attorneys' Meeting. The program will provide updates and discuss recent developments under the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act and the Robinson-Patman Act, address recent commercial litigation issues, and discuss site branding and multi-branding, retail pricing, and other important developments that affect refiners, wholesalers, and retailers, including novel new climate change claims against refiners and marketers.
