International Bar Association - War Crimes Committee report on North Korean crimes against humanity

This session presents the War Crimes Committee report "Inquiry on Crimes Against Humanity in North Korea's Political Prisons.”  With the participation of prominent Korean and international experts, this session will also discuss avenues for accountability for these crimes, the lack thereof, and the importance of maintaining human rights protection at the center of security and denuclearisation discussions.
