PLI Insider Trading Law 2019

Greenberg Traurig Shareholder David I. Miller will serve as Faculty Chairperson at PLI’s Insider Trading Law 2019 Program on Oct. 30 in New York. This program is designed for lawyers who defend and prosecute white collar criminal and/or civil enforcement cases involving insider trading, in-house and outside corporate counsel, and internal auditors and compliance officers. David will serve as a panel leader for the programs, entitled “What Is Insider Trading Law and Recent Enforcement Focus” and “Enforcement Priorities: Now and the Future,” and will also serve as a speaker for the panel, entitled “Advising Clients with Insider Trading Issues.”
