GT Shareholder Brent Sokol (LA) will present the webinar, "Strengthening Webtoon and Manga Industry Intellectual Property Competitiveness," to the Korean Ministry of Trade on Monday, October 4th. The program will discuss increased opportunities for Korean webtoon and comic book companies to enter the U.S. market through the advancement of webtoon-based K-drama content and the basic concept of U.S. copyright law, dispute resolution system for copyright infringement under the CASE Act enacted at the end of 2020, strategy for cracking down on copyright infringement, rights exercise and infringement proceedings, entertainment contract terms.
