Greenberg Traurig’s Howard Jeruchimowitz to Moderate ABA Section of Litigation Roundtable

CHICAGO – July 21, 2015 –  Howard K. Jeruchimowitz, a litigation shareholder at international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will moderate the roundtable “Penalty or Remedy: Enforceability of Cotenancy Clauses After Grand Prospect Partners, LP v. Ross Dress for Less” July 28, 2015, hosted by the American Bar Association’s Section of Litigation. Panelists will explore the implications of the case for retail landlords and tenants.

Jeruchimowitz is a commercial litigator with an emphasis in the Real Estate Litigation and Financial Services Litigation practices. He represents owners, developers, landlords, and tenants in landlord-tenant and shopping center disputes, mechanics liens, foreclosures, and construction disputes, as well as banks and lenders in bank and mortgage litigation, such as mortgage fraud, commercial and residential foreclosures, mechanics lien, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act issues. He has a wide range of experience in trials in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitrations and mediation.
