Event coincided with the J.P. Morgan 34th Annual Healthcare Conference
BOSTON — Jan. 22, 2016 — Greenberg Traurig’s Global Life Sciences & Medical Technology Group presented "Deal-Making Around the World: Catching Up on the Latest Trends and Best Practices," a panel discussion focused on the state of global deal-making in the life sciences and medical technology industries. The workshop was held Jan. 11, 2016, in San Francisco, California, and coincided with the J.P. Morgan 34th Annual Healthcare Conference. The program was followed by a networking reception attended by more than 300 healthcare industry executives and investors.
The workshop covered deal-making trends, deal preparation and valuation, best practices for executing deals, and the deal environment in China, Europe, Israel, and Latin America. Panelists from the U.S. and Europe included:
