Greenberg Traurig’s Danielle Gonzalez Appointed to the Board of Make-A-Wish® Southern Florida

MIAMI – Oct. 25, 2016 – Danielle Gonzalez, a shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the Southern Florida chapter of Make-A-Wish.

Since its inception in 1983, the Southern Florida chapter of Make-A-Wish has delivered more than 10,000 wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. The chapter serves 13 Florida counties and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and grants a wish every 16 hours. Make-A-Wish Foundation is among the world’s leading children’s charities, serving children in every community in the U.S. and its territories.

At Greenberg Traurig, Danielle Gonzalez concentrates her practice in various areas of commercial real estate law. She represents national and Florida-based clients in connection with the acquisition, financing, leasing and disposition of retail, office, industrial and multifamily residential properties throughout the United States. Danielle has a wide range of experience in the area of commercial leasing, and represents both landlords and tenants on leases covering quick service restaurants, shopping centers, industrial space and office buildings. She represents sellers and purchasers in connection with the acquisition and disposition of numerous types of real property. She counsels borrowers in connection with secured financings, including acquisition loans, refinances and defeasances. Danielle also has experience counseling retail clients on the development of shopping center pads for brand-specific uses, including the negotiation of ground leases, CC&Rs, easements and design guidelines. She is a mentor for Women of Tomorrow and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, Miami Chapter.
