Greenberg Traurig Attorney Fred E. Karlinsky Speaks at the Casualty Actuarial Society Ratemaking and Product Management Seminar & Workshop

FORT LAUDERDALE and TALLAHASSEE, Fla. March 23, 2016Fred E. Karlinsky, shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale and Tallahassee offices of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., recently gave a presentation titled “Cybersecurity: Recent Regulatory Developments and Compliance Pitfalls,” at the March 16 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) Ratemaking and Product Management Seminar & Workshop in Orlando, Florida. Karlinsky is a frequent speaker on insurance-related legislative initiatives in Florida and in the United States.

Karlinsky is co-chair of Greenberg Traurig's Insurance Regulatory and Transactions Practice and a shareholder within the Government Law & Policy Group. He represents insurers, reinsurers, producers, and other insurance interests throughout the U.S. and internationally in a wide variety of business, operational, regulatory, transactional, and governmental matters.
