WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – June 1, 2016 – International law firm Greenberg Traurig announced that Laurie L. Gildan, a Shareholder in the West Palm Beach office, has been recognized in the 2016 Chambers USA Guide, a prominent ranking of the country’s top attorneys.
According to its website, Chambers and Partners, publisher of annual guides in several global markets, selects attorneys and practice areas for inclusion based on thousands of interviews with practicing lawyers and clients around the world.
In the USA Guide, attorneys and practice areas are ranked by placement in “bands,” with Band 1 being the highest placement. Attorneys can also be designated as a “Star Individual,” “Eminent Practitioner,” “Senior Statesman,” “Up and Coming,” “Star Associate,” or “Associate to Watch” by market and practice.
Gildan, a West Palm Beach Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate practice group, was listed in the 2015 Chambers USA Guide and was part of the team that received the Chambers USA Award for Excellence - Real Estate during 2010 and 2013.
Statewide, Greenberg Traurig had 53 Florida attorneys and 12 Florida practices listed in the 2016 Chambers guide, which was released May 27. Firm-wide, more than 190 attorneys are included in the guide.
