7 Greenberg Traurig Philadelphia Attorneys Listed in 2017 Edition of Best Lawyers in America

PHILADELPHIA– Aug. 23, 2016 – The 2017 edition of Best Lawyers in America includes seven attorneys from the Philadelphia office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Together they represent 60 years of recognition.

This year, more than 350 Greenberg Traurig attorneys from across the firm’s U.S. offices are listed in the publication, with 23 of the firm’s attorneys named “Lawyers of the Year.” For the 10th consecutive year, Greenberg Traurig is top-listed by Best Lawyers for having the highest number of attorneys listed.

According to the Best Lawyers website, the attorneys are selected based upon a peer-review process, in an effort to capture a general consensus from leaders in the legal field regarding their peers’ accomplishments and capabilities.

Fisher serves as bond counsel and underwriters' counsel on a variety of private activity tax-exempt financings, including single-family mortgage bonds, multifamily housing bonds, and health care financings. This is her 10th year of recognition by Best Lawyers in America.

  • Robert M. Goldich, Shareholder - Employment Law – Management; Labor Law – Management; Litigation - Labor and Employment

Goldich has more than 35 years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer and litigator representing employers in all aspects of labor and employee relations, including general employment counseling, employment contract negotiation, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitration, and the representation of employers in administrative and courtroom litigation. This is his ninth year of recognition by Best Lawyers in America.

  • Rachel Kipnes, Shareholder – Real Estate Law

Kipnes focuses her practice on real estate matters, including the acquisition, development, disposition, leasing, and financing of office towers, industrial facilities, multifamily housing, and shopping centers. This is her eighth year of recognition by Best Lawyers in America.

  • Michael L. Lehr, Managing Shareholder of Philadelphia Office – Public Finance Law
