Greenberg Traurig’s Cameron Nelson to Speak on The CBP’s Amended Anti-Counterfeiting Rules in Live Webcast

Nelson has extensive knowledge and experience in pursuing anti-counterfeiting litigation, and has conducted dozens of counterfeiting seizures alongside non-litigation anti-counterfeiting strategies. He also has extensive knowledge regarding the use of asset freezes, asset collection, and computer forensics, which he uses in anti-counterfeiting investigations as well as employee theft and trade secret theft investigations.
