Greenberg Traurig’s David G. Mandelbaum Moderates EHS Support’s Sediment & PRP Summit

PHILADELPHIA – Sept. 19, 2016 – David G. Mandelbaum of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will moderate a panel at EHS Support’s Sediment & PRP Summit. The summit will be taking place Sept. 22, 2016, at 8 a.m. at the Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District.

Mandelbaum will moderate, “Legal Panel Discussion 1: the Evolution of CERCLA Megasites,” at 11 a.m. The panel of legal experts will discuss lessons learned from over 10 years of working with CERCLA Megasites.

The summit, hosted by EHS Support, is a one-day event bringing industry experts together to discuss technical, regulatory, and legal issues surrounding Superfund and Sediment Projects.

Mandelbaum represents clients in Superfund matters, particularly contaminated sediment and natural resource damage issues. He represents natural gas exploration and production companies, midstream providers, and landowner coalitions in connection with development of the Marcellus Shale and other natural gas resources. He regularly handles permit appeals and citizen suits under the water pollution, air pollution and solid waste laws.
