Greenberg Traurig Represents Siris Capital in its $1 Billion Acquisition of Intralinks

NEW YORK – Nov. 20, 2017 – Greenberg Traurig represented affiliates of Siris Capital Group, LLC (“Siris”), a leading private equity firm, in connection with the financing of its $1 billion  acquisition of Intralinks Holdings, Inc., a leading financial technology provider for the global banking, deal making and capital markets communities, from Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: SNCR).

Siris is a New York-based private equity firm focused on making control investments in data, telecommunications, technology and technology-enabled business service companies.

The transaction was funded through a combination of equity and debt financing.
