CHICAGO – March 6, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has announced the elevation of Genevieve  D. Dominguez, Matthew J. Levinstein, David S. Pritzker, and Julia J. Singh to shareholder in its Chicago office. Firmwide, 42 attorneys were elevated to shareholder from 21 of the firm’s offices and 14 practice areas, with female attorneys making up 50 percent of the firm’s 2018 shareholder class.

  • Dominguez, a member of the Corporate Practice, represents companies and private equity firms in connection with various corporate transactions as well as general corporate counseling and governance. She focuses her practice on representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, divestitures, and financings in a broad variety of industries.
  • Levinstein, a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, litigates patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters in federal district courts throughout the country. He has represented clients in patent matters involving a broad range of technologies and consumer and industrial electronics and mechanical devices. He also represents clients in contentious proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
  • Pritzker, a member of the Real Estate Practice, focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, advising private equity funds, investors, sponsors, and operating companies on the formation of joint ventures to own, operate, develop, and finance a full range of property classes, including office, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and retail properties. He also has substantial experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, and financing of individual properties and multi-asset portfolios.
  • Singh, a member of the Corporate Practice, focuses her practice on the representation of institutional investors on cross-border and domestic corporate and project finance transactions, with an emphasis on private placements of secured and unsecured debt securities. She has wide-ranging industry experience, including social housing, education, utilities, power and energy, ports, food distribution, and other service industries. Her clients include insurance companies, pension funds, banks, and other institutional investors.
