WARSAW – June 8, 2018 – Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised Telewizja Polsat sp. z o.o., a leading Polish broadcaster of television channels, in connection with the establishing of strategic cooperation with Eleven Sports Network Ltd. and the acquisition of a majority share in the Polish company Eleven Sports Network sp. z o.o.
Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice covering legal due diligence, the structure of the Transaction, including antimonopoly aspects, and the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents, in particular the share purchase agreement and shareholders agreement.
