Greenberg Traurig and the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law host the Summit for Corporate Governance

LAS VEGAS – March 18, 2019 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP and the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law will cohost the “Summit for Corporate Governance” on Friday, Nov. 8, 2019. The forum will gather leaders from academia, business, and law for a series of in-depth sessions and panel discussions on hot topics facing boards of directors in corporate governance.

The forum will explore the latest pressures and expectations placed on boards of public companies and the necessary steps to achieve compliance.

Speakers scheduled to participate include: Daniel W. Hamilton, dean of the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law; UNLV Law professors Rachel J. Anderson, Benjamin Edwards, Lori D. Johnson, and Nancy B. Rapoport; and Greenberg Traurig Corporate shareholders Alan I. Annex, Michael J. Bonner, Kara MacCullough, and Clifford E. Neimeth. The panels will also include sitting officers and directors, proxy advisory experts and investor relations professionals.
