Greenberg Traurig’s Neil Oberfeld Appointed to JewishColorado’s Board of Directors

DENVER – March 14, 2019 – Neil Oberfeld of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Denver office has been appointed to the Board of Directors of JewishColorado, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building and sustaining Jewish life around the world by leveraging communal resources and raising funds in times of need.

“I am proud and honored to be involved with JewishColorado,” Oberfeld said. “The organization offers critical support to the Jewish community through its diverse programming and strategic grantmaking.”

Oberfeld serves as co-chair of Greenberg Traurig’s National Leasing Practice and his practice extends to representing national and regional developers, retailers, institutional owners, and investors in real estate and general business matters. He concentrates his practice on acquisition, development, leasing, finance and investment transactions, including retail, office and industrial real estate; joint venture and fund formation and investment; secured and commercial loan transactions; and property tax assessment.

Deeply involved in the Denver community, Oberfeld is a former trustee and current committee member of the Rose Community Foundation. He is a past chair of the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) Mountain States Regional Board and serves as a National Commissioner for the ADL. He also serves as a board member of Shalom Cares. Additionally, Oberfeld is a member of the planning committee for the International Council of Shopping Centers Law Conference.
