William B. Mack to Moderate SIFMA Diversity & Inclusion Conference Panel

NEW YORK – May 09, 2019William B. Mack, a shareholder in the Financial Regulatory & Compliance and Securities Litigation in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s New York office, will participate in a panel discussion at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association’s (SIFMA) Diversity & Inclusion Conference on May 21-22 at the SIFMA Conference Center in New York.

Mack will moderate “A Conversation with Regulators,” a discussion of regulatory perspectives on fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace within the securities industry. SIFMA’s Diversity & Inclusion Conference brings together business executives, human resource professionals, and diversity practitioners to explore diversity and inclusion in the workforce.

Mack focuses his practice on advising companies on regulatory and compliance matters relating to Securities and Exchange Commission regulations, the Exchange Act, anti-money laundering laws, and FINRA rules. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in America and City & State’s “New York City 40 under 40 Rising Stars.” Mack is also on the board of directors at the Hebrew Language Academy, a public charter school. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany.
