Greenberg Traurig advised on the acquisition of Diamentum Office in Wroclaw

WARSAW July 16, 2019 – Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw advised Benson Elliot, a leading, independent pan-European private equity real-estate fund manager, on the acquisition of Diamentum Office in Wroclaw.

The Greenberg Traurig team was led by Senior Associate Anna Wiśniewska, supported by Associate Filip Widuch. Partner Agata Jurek-Zbrojska provided strategic supervision on this transaction and Associate Samanta Wenda-Uszyńska participated in the due diligence stage.

Greenberg Traurig provided comprehensive legal advice with respect to the transaction, including the development of the transaction structure, conducting due diligence of the asset, and drafting and negotiating the agreements with the seller, Cavatina Holding.

Greenberg Traurig also provided legal advice regarding the financing of the transaction. The financing team was led by Senior Associate Paweł Jaśkiewicz, and included Senior Associate Magdalena Bachleda-Księdzularz and Associate Iga Czerniak. The strategic supervision regarding financing aspects was provided by Partner Aleksander Janiszewski.

Diamentum Office, located at ul. Robotnicza in Wrocław, was designed as a building with a solid rectangular structure. The design of the glass façade was inspired by the structure of a diamond. The building consists of eight above-ground levels and one underground level.
