Multi-Office Greenberg Traurig Team Represents Centre Partners in its Investment in Tastemakers Holdings

NEW YORK – Oct. 23, 2020 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Centre Partners, a middle market private equity firm, in its investment in Tastemakers Holdings LLC, a leading developer and marketer of retro arcade games and other specialty gaming products. Founded in 2011 and based in New York with additional offices in San Francisco and Hong Kong, Tastemakers’ portfolio of products include brands such as Disruptive Products, Arcade1UP, 1UP Collectibles, Kawaii Cubes, Spy Gear and Hatchimals Novelty.

The Greenberg Traurig team that represented Centre Partners was led by New York Corporate shareholder Ejim P. Achi.
