Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria Assists General Real Estate SGR With New Hotel Melià In Piazza Cordusio In Milan

Milan - Nov. 26, 2020 -- Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria assisted Generali Real Estate SGR in the transaction that will lead to the opening of a new Gran Melià Hotel in the Generali Group building in Piazza Cordusio in Milan, known as Palazzo Venezia.

The hotel is expected to open in 2023, following a planned renovation of the property owned by the pan-European fund Generali Real Estate Asset Repositioning managed by GRE SGR.

The team of Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria was led by Partner Federico Barbàra and was responsible for the negotiation of the lease and management contract with the Melià chain.
