Greenberg Traurig’s Susan Neuberg to Moderate NAWL Webinar on Commercial Real Estate Workouts and Bankruptcies

WASHINGTON D.C. – Dec. 16, 2020 Susan E.D. Neuberg, Real Estate Practice shareholder at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will moderate the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) webinar panel “Working it out? Navigating Commercial Real Estate Workouts and Bankruptcies in the Pandemic Era” Dec. 17 at 1 p.m. EST. The webinar is hosted by the Mortgage Bankers Association and NAWL’s Women in Financial Services Group, on which Arleen A. Nand, shareholder and chair of the firm’s Global Agribusiness Practice, serves as co-chair. 

Neuberg focuses her practice on structuring, negotiating, and documenting debt and equity investments for major financial institutions, REITS, investment advisors, institutional, and private investors. She counsels clients in the financial services and real estate industries on complex real estate matters, debt structures, equity joint ventures, commercial mortgaged backed securitizations, master and special servicing matters, workouts, and rating agency issues. Neuberg has wide-ranging business and legal experience in a broad array of real estate, real estate finance, and capital markets transactions, including the development and construction of mixed-use and hotel projects, securitized, conventional, and construction lending, syndicated and mezzanine lending, workouts, restructures, servicing of nonperforming loans, note sales, and transfers of servicing rights.
