Emily Ladd-Kravitz to Present on Contract Review, Negotiation & Analysis

BOSTON – Nov. 3, 2021 Emily Ladd-Kravitz, co-chair of Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Venture Capital and Emerging Technology Group, will be a panelist at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE) Webcast “Contract Review, Negotiation & Analysis” Nov. 4, 2021, at 2 p.m. EDT. Click here to register.

Ladd-Kravitz and her fellow speakers will provide “tips and insights on how to help clients accomplish their business objectives, understand legal risks, and make informed decisions when conflicts arise,” according to the event website. The panel also will provide an update on recent case law and discuss techniques and other topics affecting commercial transactions.
