Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Reappointed to Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Alumni Leadership Roles

MIAMI – Nov. 10, 2021 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A. Shareholder Enjoliqué Aytch Lett and Associate Gregory Boulos have been reappointed as Miami City Leads for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), which promotes diversity and inclusion in the legal profession through initiatives aimed at advancing a new generation of leaders.

LCLD has more than 350 members and aims to help a diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership by promoting inclusiveness in organizations, circles of influence, and society, with the goal of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession, according to the organization’s website.

As City Leads, Lett and Boulos will serve as local liaisons between LCLD and LCLD alumni and the southeast Florida legal community. Additionally, they will plan, coordinate, facilitate, and host events – including continuing legal education (CLE) events, social events, and roundtables – for LCLD members in southeast Florida.

As a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Litigation Practice, Lett leads bet-the-company litigation on behalf of drug and medical device manufacturers. She has worked as lead counsel in all aspects of mass tort and multi-district litigation and has substantial experience defending high-exposure medical malpractice actions for physicians and hospitals. She also represents high-profile clients in complex commercial litigation.

Lett was a member of LCLD’s 2017 class of Fellows, participating in the organization’s landmark year-long program created to identify, train, and advance high-potential, diverse attorneys into the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.

Boulos focuses his practice on products liability and mass tort litigation. He represents medical device, chemical, and consumer product manufacturers in personal injury and wrongful death cases pending in state and federal court.

He was selected to take part in the LCLD Pathfinder Program in 2018, which connects high-potential, early-career diverse attorneys from LCLD member organizations in a seven-month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship building.
