Greenberg Traurig Appoints Senior Associate Jeroen den Dunnen as Shareholder

AMSTERDAM - 11 February 2021 - As of 1 January 2021, prospective civil law notary and Senior Associate Jeroen den Dunnen has been appointed shareholder of Greenberg Traurig. With this appointment, Greenberg Traurig continues the growth of its Corporate Practice.

With a focus on corporate law, Jeroen assists clients in setting up legal structures, as well as with mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations, and advises them on various corporate law matters. His clients include scale-ups, investors, and multinationals.

“We are delighted with Jeroen’s appointment as shareholder. For the Amsterdam office, his appointment is a perfect example of the opportunities that our firm offers new law graduates and that you can grow your career here and become a shareholder. Jeroen started at Greenberg Traurig in 2006 as a 19-year-old law student and now, 15 years later, all his hard work and extensive involvement in the firm is being rewarded with this well-deserved appointment as shareholder,” said Cees van Oevelen, co-managing shareholder and civil law notary at Greenberg Traurig Amsterdam.
