Greenberg Traurig’s Arleen Nand Moderates ABA Panel on Collateral Perfection Techniques Necessitated by COVID-19

MINNEAPOLIS – July 21, 2021 – Arleen Nand, a shareholder of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will moderate the American Bar Association’s (ABA) “COVID-19 Adjustments to Collateral Perfection Techniques: A Global Perspective” webinar on July 29, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. EDT.

Panelists will discuss best practices under the Uniform Commercial Code and its corresponding equivalents in key jurisdictions in Europe, Latin America, and North America to take into account practical considerations for protection against various asset classes during the pandemic.
