Breeanna Brewer represents clients in a variety of fields in both state and federal court with a focus on business and real estate litigation involving trusts holding vast real estate assets. Breeanna has handled matters at every stage of litigation, from pre-trial motions and depositions to jury trial experience, including holding second and third chair for celebrity clients and prominent Fortune 500 companies.

  • Represented Bird Nest LLC (Katy Perry), and assisted in securing the right to acquire a former convent from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles for redevelopment into a residential compound and, in the process, defeating the claims of a competing buyer (hotel developer) and cancelling the competing buyer’s recorded deed and other clouds on title. Served as third chair during the seven-week jury trial litigating tort claims against developer-defendant for slander of title and intentional interference with contract, which resulted in two jury verdicts against defendant on all causes of action and combined awards of more than $15.5 million in compensatory and punitive damages in favor of the Bird Nest and the Roman Catholic Archdiocese.
  • Represents major automobile company in jury trials pending throughout California.
  • Represented Star Scrap Metals Co. and Metal Depot, securing double the offered real estate value, double the offered value of FF&E, multimillion-dollar relocation reimbursement, and the more than twenty times the previous largest award of goodwill for any condemned businesses in the history of the State of California.
