• Advised Amaya Gaming Group Inc as lead M&A counsel in the negotiation of a merger agreement with Oldford Group Limited, the privately held parent company of Rational Group, the world’s largest online poker business and owner and operator of the PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker brands.
• Advised Atlas Mara on its US$60m acquisition of Finance Bank Zambia in 2016.
• Is currently advising a U.S. client on the structuring and financing of the construction of a safari camp in sub-saharan Africa.
• Recently advised a high-profile client on a group reorganisation and equity investment
• Advised Langholm Capital Partners on its acquisition of Tyrrells Crisps.
• Advised Monsanto Company and its subsidiaries on the disposal to RAGT Génétique S.A. of its European wheat and barley seed business.
• Advised the shareholders of Stamford Partners Limited on the sale of an equity interest to Straumur-Burdaras Investment Bank hf.
