Chelsea M. Dease is a member of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office. Her experience extends to both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation and consolidated state court litigation. Chelsea represents pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in product liability cases, as well as hospitals and medical professionals in professional liability cases. She helps advise these companies on regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters, including adverse event reporting and patient inquiries/claims. Chelsea is active in her community and maintains a pro bono practice that focuses on her Spanish fluency and background in criminal justice.
