Emina Kwok guides developers through the process of developing common-interest communities from land acquisition and planning through sales and turnover. She also advises on real estate and transient occupancy matters including local licensing and permitting laws, as well as compliance with federal law including Securities and Exchange Commission regulations and the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act of 1968 (ILSFDA).

Emina drafts purchase and sale agreements, disclosure reports, and registration statements under ILSFDA, exemption applications under the Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 119, public offering statements under NRS 116 and 116B, condominium and master declarations and reciprocal easement agreements, homeowner’s association documents, and related financing documents for mixed-use, high-rise residential, and luxury hotel-condominium projects.
