Michael G. Leveille focuses his practice primarily in the area of asset-based lending, representing banks, finance companies and other secured lenders in all aspects of secured lending transactions. Michael is experienced representing lead banks and finance companies as the agent in syndicated asset-based loan transactions, as well as representing lending clients in single lender asset-based loan transactions. Michael's main focus areas include acquisition and debtor-in-possession financings, second-lien and other inter-creditor matters and loan workouts and restructurings.
