Aaron T. Lloyd

Aaron T. Lloyd focuses his practice in business, civil, labor and employment, and products liability litigation in state and federal courts in Arizona and across the country. Aaron counsels his clients, ranging from large global companies to locally-owned small businesses, and individuals, throughout the dispute resolution process. He has deep experience litigating cases arising out of breach of contract, business torts, and partnership disputes. Aaron’s employment law experience includes defending companies in wage and hour class and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and related state laws. In the product liability defense arena, Aaron regularly defends product manufacturers in manufacturing and design defect cases.
