Nicholas Martin has a wide range of intellectual property and technology experience. Nick’s experience includes a number of patent litigation matters involving a variety of technologies and industries including Internet applications, mobile platforms, communication networks and online search.
Nick also has prosecution experience in the electrical, computer science, mechanical, business methods and medical arts, including technological areas such as mobile platforms and applications, web server operations, interactive audio/video distribution and processing systems, social networking platforms, and Internet advertising.
After earning his degree in Electrical and Computer engineering from Rutgers University, where he focused on advanced computer architecture, Nick was a Patent Examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. While at the patent office, he examined patent applications based on the subject matter dealing with processor architecture, branch prediction, multi-threaded architecture and processing, computer and social networking, e-mail configuration, and protocol and business methods.
