Axel Urie is a member of the International Trade and Customs Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Washington, D.C. office. He is experienced in trade remedy and customs matters, including litigation for domestic importers, producers, and foreign exporters.



  • Advised on Section 232 Tariffs on Imports of Aluminum and Steel. Achieved Exemptions on Behalf of Many US Producers of Finished Steel and Aluminum Products.°
  • Advised on Section 301 Tariffs on Imports from China.°
  • Provided Support in Litigation Regarding False Claims of Origin Under the Lanham Act and the False Claims Act. °
