Michael Weathington is a member of the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device & Health Care Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office. His experience extends to both state and federal courts, including multidistrict litigation and consolidated state court litigation. Michael represents pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers in high-profile product liability, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases throughout the country, as well as hospitals and medical professionals in professional liability cases. He helps advise these companies on regulatory, compliance, and risk management matters, including adverse event reporting and patient inquiries/claims.
