Cort W. Welch is an associate in Greenberg Traurig’s Intellectual Property Practice. Cort focuses his practice on complex patent litigation, and his patent litigation experience includes medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, electronics, and a variety of software-based technologies. Previously, Cort studied biochemistry and was involved in complex medical litigation for the United States Attorney for the District of Alaska.
