Anna Zielinski

Anna Zielinski advises clients in a wide range of compensation and benefits matters, focusing her practice on executive compensation. In the context of mergers and acquisitions, Anna regularly counsels clients on structuring and negotiating employment agreements and equity compensation arrangements, reviewing various employee benefit plans, negotiating and documenting the employee benefit provisions in transaction documents and analyzing excess parachute payment issues. She also advises companies and senior executives with respect to various equity compensation arrangements, including stock options, profits interests, phantom stock, restricted stock, restricted stock units, cash awards and various other long-term incentive programs.

Anna represents public and private companies, individual executives and boards of directors across many industries.
