2nd Annual - Preparing for an Exit

Greenberg Traurig attorneys, Scott Meza and Todd Steinberg, will be participating in the  2nd Annual - Preparing for an Exit, on November 8th at the Tegna building in McLean, VA. Meza and Steinberg, Shareholders in the Northern Virginia office, will present on a panel titled, "Preparing For An Exit: What CEOs and CFOs Need to Know (and Do)." They will discuss key elements of a successful M&A strategy, and will discuss the essential roles CEOs and CFOs play in successful exits.
