Best Practices in Intellectual Property 6th Annual Conference

The Best Practices in Intellectual Property (BPIP) 6th Annual Conference will provide updates on global IP issues, trends, and legislations that affect companies. GT’s Barry Schindler (NJ) is organizing the conference and will host the master class “How USPTO Inter Partes Review (“IPR”) trials try to kill medical device and life science patents and what you can do to be proactive during US prosecution to strike back.” He will also be moderating the panel, “Friend or Foe: Licensing vs. Litigation: The Ups and Downs of Licensing your IP vs. Litigating,” in addition to moderating a mock trial focusing on patent validity.
