On September 26, 2018, Kelly Dobbs Bunting, shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Philadelphia office was a panelist at the Global Business Protections 2018: International Restrictive Covenants and Confidential Information Conference in London. The panel entitled, “Financial Services: Enforcing Restrictive Covenants and Confidential Information Protections in International Financial Services,” discussed restrictive covenants in the financial services industry and the approach to such covenants by courts in the U.S., the UK and the EU.
