INSOL International Annual Regional Conference in Singapore

Mark Bloom will participate on a panel at INSOL's Annual Regional Conference in Singapore. Drawing on recent formal insolvencies in the broader retail sector, the panel, titled "Monetising the Secret Sauce, Maximising the Value of IP in Retail Insolvencies," will look at the challenges in dealing with both global brands and customer data across a range of jurisdictions including brand licensing arrangements, limitations in dealing with personal information and valuations issues.
