Environmental Exposure Litigation: Recent Developments with Respect to Class Certification and Medical Monitoring Claims

Frank Citera and Sylvia Simson are participating in a Clear Law Institute webinar titled "Environmental Exposure Litigation: Recent Developments with Respect to Class Certification and Medical Monitoring Claims."   The webinar will focus on recent developments at the class certification stage in the environmental toxic tort arena, including recent decisions with respect to certification of the “issue” class, recent developments regarding the pursuit and treatment of medical monitoring claims in federal and state courts, and best practices for attorneys defending such large-scale actions.
