Legal Issues for Aspiring Entrepreneurs and Startups

Attorneys from Greenberg Traurig's Boston office will present "Legal Issues for Aspiring Entrepreneurs and Startups" as part of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's (MIT) Independent Activities Period (IAP) on January 31, 2020.  The session will cover corporate, intellectual property, employment and litigation best practices and mistakes to avoid for startups.  The Greenberg Traurig speakers include: Jaime Burke, associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Group; Emily Bryan, associate in the Litigation Group; Emily Ladd-Kravitz, shareholder in the Corporate Group; and Mian Wang, associate in the Litigation Group.
