The year’s program will address elimination of racial bias in the law and issues of recruitment and retention in the legal profession. Speakers include, Toni Newborn, Chief Equity Officer at the City of Saint Paul, and Kevin Warren, Commissioner of the Big Ten, who will speak on successfully incorporating diversity and inclusion into the workplace, something he effectively undertook during his tenure as an executive with the Minnesota Vikings. Additionally, an interactive panel discussion with questions from the audience, moderated by Lola Velazquez-Aguilu, will follow the presentations.
