2020-2021 CalTax Foundation Webinar

Join the California Tax Foundation for its 2021 webinar series. Each month attendees will hear from leading State and Local Tax experts in California on timely and engaging topics, including: San Francisco's gross receipts tax, technology transfer agreements, and new tax laws. We will also be joined by special guest speakers from California's tax agencies.  Established in 1980 by the California Taxpayers Association, the CalTax Foundation is a 501c3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting sound tax policy and government efficiency through education and research. Brad Marsh, Co- Managing Shareholder at Greenberg Traurig and panel will discuss San Francisco's gross receipts tax, and whether a local special tax can be approved by a majority vote under California's Constitution.
