GT Houston Associate Andrew Kim is speaking at a special virtual event hosted by the Committee of 100 and Associations of Asian/Chinese American Faculty/Staff at ten universities on October 27. Andrew will discuss a recent study, co-led by Committee of 100, which provides empirical data that individuals, particularly those with Chinese or Asian names are disproportionately and adversely impacted under the Economic Espionage Act and China Initiative. The webinar will also include the presentation of findings from Committee of 100's commissioned research from Foundations to Frontiers: Chinese American Contributions to the Fabric of America, which examines the multifaceted Chinese American contributions across U.S. society for more than 175 years.
