Greenberg Traurig’s Kelly Dobbs Bunting to Moderate ABA International Panel in Tel Aviv

TEL AVIV, ISRAEL (April 30, 2014) – Shareholder Kelly Dobbs Bunting from the Philadelphia office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP will moderate a panel at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) International Labor & Employment Law Committee Midyear Meeting.  The meeting takes place Monday, May 5, 2014 at the  David InterContinental Hotel in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Bunting, a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice and Co-Chair of the firm’s Training Workshop, will moderate a panel on Guest Workers and Immigration Policy. The panel will address employment issues concerning guest workers in the U.S., Canada, Israel, and the EU.  The increasingly complex issues relating to refugees and efforts to prevent discrimination, abuse, and trafficking will also be discussed.  Panelists will include Reut Michaeli of Hotline for Migrant Workers in Tel Aviv, Jennifer Rosenbaum of the Guest Workers Alliance in New Orleans, and Robert O’Hara of United Technologies in Stanford, Connecticut.

Bunting handles class and collective actions involving claims under federal and state law for wage and hour violations and misclassification. She also defends both state and federal court employment claims involving all types of discrimination, non-competition and non-solicitation issues, FCPA and compliance awareness, and national and international employment and secondment agreements.
