Greenberg Traurig Represents Global Coordinators in Connection with the Revolving Credit Facility for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

WARSAW (July 17, 2014) – The international law firm Greenberg Traurig represented the following banks acting as Global Coordinators and other lenders in connection with the USD 2.5 billion unsecured revolving credit facility for KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.: Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A., Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., Santander Bank N.A., Bank Pekao S.A., Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. and Bank PKO BP S.A.

The Greenberg Traurig team for the transaction included attorneys from the Warsaw office Jarosław Grzesiak, Andrzej Wysokiński and Aleksander Janiszewski as well as Emma Menzies and Gary Bellingham from the London office.

The credit facility will be used to finance general corporate goals, including investments, of the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. Capital Group, as well as refinancing KGHM International’s indebtedness.
